GRILLED FIVE SPICE CHICKEN WITH AROMATIC RICE

I make crackling pork every time I miss home and thought it would be nice to add a little touch from the West. This is how I celebrate my new life while still honoring where I am from - and till this day, this is still one of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes.
