Thu Pham Buser is a NYC-based culinary artist.

She works as a food and drink stylist, chef, and recipe developer for both commercial and editorial across multimedia platforms. You can find her work on the cover of glossy publications such as Bon Appetit or
in cookbooks and commercials.

Beyond the world of food styling, Thu also develops food concepts and caters to branded events that bring out unique visual qualities
for diverse clients.

Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, she was professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Spain before moving to NYC in 2019. Thu spends much of her time perfecting her craft in unique gelatin artwork, fruit & vegetable carvings, and sculpting to preserve a vanishing
Vietnamese food art tradition. 

She incorporates this art across installations, sculptures, and her own dinner banquet series, An Co. This event, held only a few times a year, is Thu’s personal project to help demonstrate the depth of flavor and culture present in dishes across Vietnam.
